Overall Impression (8/10)

This song is good, has very charming melodies, but it's not that good from the technical standpoint, the samples could be of better quality. From my point of view, the composition feels very organized.

Technique, Arrangement, Composition (6/10)

There is not a lot of tracker effects. The composition is decent, but it could sound more real if it used more channels for the melodies and better samples as well. The author uses a constant tick rate instead of swing. The instruments have a lot of points, but almost none of them are used.

Development (8/10)

Great transitions in this tune, it sounds like it has been planned in the composer's head for the whole time. The samples are clean, but some of them are a bit out of tune. The piano sounds too sampled and the xylophone sound is not good, because it does not have any instrument work on it. The panning does not work against the song, in my opinion.

Creativity (10/10)

This is very creative, there's a nice progression to the melody and everything is well-structured. There is a lot of variety in this song, at one point it gets faster and then slows down later, and the transition to that part is done flawlessly.

Enjoyment (10/10)

It is very good, of course, the later version is much better, but this is great as well. I do have this module in my collection. The main melody just gets stuck in your head.

This is an earlier version of "Spin it!" by Carlos, back when he was still active in Breeze (this tune is from around 1997). If you liked this tune, I would recommend listening to that one as well.
